FIFPro Division Europe consists of 24 member associations. There is one candidate member (Serbia) and there are four observers (Georgia, Kazakhstan, Montenegro and Ukraine). The division board is led by president Philippe Piat, the other members of the board are Mads Øland, Bobby Barnes, Maria Tsigoni Rella, Joachim Evangelista y Tony Higgins.

Montenegro: union signs memorandum with FA
The Trade Union of Professional Football Players of Montenegro (SPFCG) took a historical step. The SPFCG signed a Memorandum of Cooperation with the national football association of Montenegro.

Greek union demands insurance for all players
The Greek professional footballers’ association urges the country’s Football authorities to act swiftly and arrange that all players in the League (including those in the second and third league) are fully covered through insurance.

Tel Aviv hosts FIFPro General Assembly
Next week, FIFPro will be welcoming its members to Tel Aviv, Israel, for the annual general meeting. From Tuesday 1 to Thursday 3 November, representatives of 54 trade unions for professional football players will attend the congress.
