FIFPro RSS

FIFPro Division Europe consists of 24 member associations. There is one candidate member (Serbia) and there are four observers (Georgia, Kazakhstan, Montenegro and Ukraine). The division board is led by president Philippe Piat, the other members of the board are Mads Øland, Bobby Barnes, Maria Tsigoni Rella, Joachim Evangelista y Tony Higgins.

Lewandowski and Slask players in Polish spotlights

Robert Lewandowski is the Best Footballer of Poland. The forward was chosen in a vote organized by the Polish footballers’ association, which also handed out many other awards, such as the Best Eleven of Poland.

Best Player FIFPro Winter Tournament signs contract

Adem Güven was named Best Player of the recent FIFPro Winter Tournament in Oslo, Norway. Shortly after the tournament, he signed a contract with Odd Grenland. This week, the forward trained with his new club.

William Kvist once again the best from Denmark

William Kvist has retained his title of Danish Footballer of the Year. The midfielder held off Cristian Eriksen, Andreas Bjelland, Dennis Rommedahl and Niki Zimling to clinch his second trophy.
