FIFPro Division Americas consists of nine member associations: Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Peru, Uruguay and the USA. The division has one candidate member, Costa Rica. Enrique Saravia is president of the board of Division America, the other members of the board are Carlos Soto, Rinaldo Martorelli, Fernando Revilla and Carlos Pandolfi.

Footballers from Spain and Saint Lucia pass away
Two young footballers have died. In Spain 23-year old Jordi Pitarque died of a cardiac arrest, while in the United States of America, 27-year old Isidore Philip Tisson was shot dead.
