FIFPro Division Americas consists of nine member associations: Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Peru, Uruguay and the USA. The division has one candidate member, Costa Rica. Rinaldo Martorelli is president of the board of Division America, the other members of the board are Carlos Soto, Rinaldo Martorelli, Fernando Revilla, Carlos Gonzalez Puche and David Paniagua.

The professional footballers association of Uruguay published a list of all outstanding debts that football clubs have with their players. Twenty clubsstill owe a total amount of USD 1.438.117.
