FIFPro welcomes the decision taken by CAS earlier this week, to annul the suspension of the Chinese judoka Wen Tong, who had tested positive on clenbuterol.

FIFPro and the French players’ union UNFP recently organised a colloquium in Paris under the title: ‘The specificity of the profession of footballer in Europe; myth and realities.’

FIFPro wholeheartedly welcomes the decision taken by FIFA not to follow a decision made by the CAS. The judgement is completely correct. Secondly the players union is delighted that FIFA does not conform to CAS' decisions.
