The majority of the captains of the clubs in the Europa League see no benefit in the experiment with the 5th and 6th referee. In a survey held by FIFPro, 70 per cent indicate they have not seen any advantage.

Brisbane Roar’s Suncorp Stadium has the best pitch in the A-League. Professional Footballers Australia introduced a pitch rating system for the 2009/10 season, and asked all footballers to rate the playing surfaces.
