Three weeks to go before FIFPro reveal the shortlist of the 2011 FIFA FIFPro World XI. Cristiano Ronaldo is one of the latest players to cast his vote for this year’s World XI and one of the main candidates to make the World XI.

Russian national team stands by abused Gogniev

The players of the Russian national football team showed their support for Spartak Gogniev, the player who last week was physically abused by a group of men dressed in police uniforms.

The Croatian Olympic Committee (COC) and the Croatian Association Football Union (HUNS) signed on Monday, 7th of November 2011, at the headquarters of the COC, an Understanding and Cooperation Agreement.

Paris Saint-Germain is the current leader in France’s Ligue 1, with a three-point lead after 13 matches. Recently players of the popular French club voted for the FIFA FIFPro World XI, including Javier Pastore.

FIFPro supports Palestine football players

On the invitation of the Palestine football players a delegation of FIFPro (vice-president Piat and secretary general Van Seggelen) went to Ramallah, to meet the players’ representatives as well as the Palestine Football Association.
