FIFPRO Europe President David Terrier said: "I would like to extend my warm congratulations to Karin and Fraser on their nominations to the FIFPRO global board in November.
"Both will bring experience, knowledge and dynamism as we at FIFPRO Europe aim to best serve the needs of players in Europe on the global stage."
FIFPRO’s member unions on Wednesday 5 June approved by an overwhelming majority governance recommendations to enhance the global representation of professional footballers following a review by management consultancy Oliver Wyman.
FIFPRO Europe are the first division to nominate their representatives for the new global board after the reforms.
Member unions agreed to the changes at an extraordinary general assembly at FIFPRO House where the strengthening of FIFPRO’s executive management team, a reduction in the size of the 18-person global board, and the introduction of a maximum of three term limits for global board members were approved.
