Who is in the 2025 FIFPRO Women’s World 11?

- Lucy Bronze becomes the first player to make eight FIFPRO Women’s World 11 appearances
- Over 6,000 women’s footballers voted for their world team of the year
- The World 11 remains the only global football award decided exclusively by the players
The FIFPRO Women’s World 11 has been revealed after over 6,000 women’s footballers voted for their team of the year.
Defender Lucy Bronze has made history, claiming a record eighth appearance in the FIFPRO Women’s World 11 – surpassing France’s Wendie Renard, who has seven.
England is the most represented nation in the 2025 lineup, with six Lionesses earning selection. Among them are debutants Hannah Hampton and Chloe Kelly, who join an accomplished group of international stars.
This year’s team also marks a historic moment for African players: for the first time, two African footballers feature in the Women’s World 11 – Barbra Banda (Zambia) earns her second selection, while Ghizlane Chebbak (Morocco) makes her debut.
Since 2015, FIFPRO has invited women's football players to choose their World 11. It is the only global player award decided exclusively by footballers.

How did the voting work?
Professional footballers from across the globe cast their votes via a secure digital platform distributed by FIFPRO and its affiliated player unions.
Voting covered performances between 11 August 2024 and 3 August 2025, with players required to have made at least 20 official appearances during that period.
Each voter selected three standout players in each of four positions: goalkeeper, defender, midfielder, and forward.
The goalkeeper, three defenders, three midfielders, and three forwards with the most votes earned selection, while the 11th spot was awarded to the next highest-ranked outfield player overall.
