Vacancy: IT & Digital Platform Manager

FIFPRO is looking for an IT & Digital Platform Manager who will ensure the reliability, security and effectiveness of our IT environment while supporting the ongoing development of our digital platforms. 

The primary focus of this role is to take full operational ownership of FIFPRO’s core IT environment, ensuring a stable, secure and well-functioning infrastructure for the entire organisation. This includes hardware, workplace setup, hosting, cybersecurity, vendor coordination and overall IT continuity. A key element of this responsibility is managing and steering our external IT service provider to ensure quality, responsiveness and alignment with organisational needs.

In parallel, this role plays a central coordinating role in the evolution of FIFPRO’s digital platforms, including the member platform and related systems. You will work closely with internal departments to understand operational needs, structure requirements, prioritise enhancements, and translate these into clear development actions. You will coordinate external developers and suppliers, monitor progress, safeguard quality, and ensure that improvements are delivered in a structured and sustainable way.

We are therefore looking for someone who is strongly grounded in IT operations and infrastructure, and who from that solid base can support broader digital and data-related developments.

You are operationally strong, able to work independently, and comfortable coordinating multiple stakeholders across the organisation.
